Grilled Chicken with White BBQ Sauce
Perfectly grilled chicken topped with a spin on a barbecue classic. White BBQ Sauce is a creamy, mayonnaise-based sauce that tastes sweet, spicy, and tangy.

INGREDIENTS
- 2/3 cup mayonnaise
- 1 tablespoon white vinegar
- 2 teaspoons prepared horseradish
- 2 teaspoons spicy brown mustard
- 1 teaspoon hot sauce
- 3/4 teaspoon garlic powder
- 3/4 teaspoon salt
- 3/4 teaspoon black pepper
- 1/4 teaspoon paprika
- 8 bone-in chicken drumsticks and/or thighs (about 3 1/4 pounds)
- Chopped fresh parsley for garnish (optional)
DIRECTIONS
1. Prepare outdoor grill for direct grilling over medium-high heat. In medium bowl, stir mayonnaise, vinegar, horseradish, mustard, hot sauce, garlic powder, 1/4 teaspoon each salt and black pepper, and paprika; transfer 2 tablespoons to small bowl. Makes about 3/4 cup.
2. Sprinkle chicken with remaining 1/2 teaspoon each salt and pepper. Place chicken on hot grill rack; cover and cook 20 minutes or until internal temperature reaches 165°, brushing with BBQ sauce and turning frequently. Transfer chicken to rimmed baking pan; spoon reserved BBQ sauce over chicken and garnish with parsley, if desired.
